ONDA S.p.A. has purchased a majority holding of WTT Group Ltd, a leading Finnish manufacturer of prefabricated district heating and cooling centers. WTT Group Ltd has joined with ONDA Group, and its name has changed to ONDA Nordic Ltd. Pasi Mäkinen will continue in his role as CEO.
